• Meet beautiful Nyoman •

 Nyoman holds such a sacred place in my heart. Over time, she’s become like family to me - a second mama, full of wisdom, warmth, and the kind of love that wraps all around you. 

The highlight of my trips to Bali is always going on a mission to find and surprise Nyoman as soon as I land, yelling MAMA! for her to instantly run in for the biggest and best hug ever.

For many years, Nyoman walked the streets and the sand of Legian, Bali, gracefully carrying her (extremely!) heavy bags of vibrant sarongs and offering the most soulful massages and aloe vera facials by the beach and poolside. She's super strong in every sense of the word - inside and out.

Recently, life has shifted for Nyoman. She’s no longer allowed to offer her healing work at the hotel pools, which was her main way of supporting her beautiful family. These days, she lovingly cares for her unwell brother in law and helps her sister at their humble warung.

Every sarong you see here was chosen from Nyoman’s collection, each one hand carried, full of colour, soul, and sunshine. Some of the vintage batik and ikat pieces on our page are from Nyoman’s own personal collection, making them especially rare and meaningful.

There may be a tiny imperfection here and there on these items, but please know each piece carries a story and was passed from her hands to mine with love and that’s what makes them truly special.
